We are looking for an experiencedWholesale Manager who will contribute to the growth of our international wholesale business, establish new customer connections and strengthen our brand presence in global markets.

Position Summary

Resposibilities:

• Developing new international customers, distributors and business partnerships in global markets,

• Managing and growing existing customer relationships sustainably,

• Creating and implementing sales strategies aligned with the brand identity in women’s apparel retail,

• Managing collection sales processes for woven and jersey product groups,

• Representing the brand during international fairs, showroom meetings, customer visits and sales organizations,

• Leading international sales negotiations, pricing processes and commercial agreements,

• Following sales targets, budgets, turnover and KPI performances regularly,

• Coordinating collection presentation, order, production and shipment processes with related departments,

• Conducting market, customer and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities,

• Supporting sustainable sales growth and brand positioning in target markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree,

• Experience in women’s apparel retail industry,

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale, international sales or business development within textile/fashion/retail industry,

• Strong ability to develop new customer connections and expand customer portfolio,

• Strong communication, representation and negotiation skills,

• Commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach,

• Advanced English skills; a second foreign language is a plus,

• No restriction for international travel,

• Strong planning, organizational and follow-up skills.
