Our Industrial Relations Responsible will be a member of our Industrial and Social Relations team and take active responsibility in the following fields:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensures recruitment of blue-collar employees following the requests of business units. Searches and develops new recruitment models.
• Coordinates internship program for technical high school students.
• Assists in the implementation of social responsibility projects with vocational schools.
• Ensures social dialog with our Union partners (MESS & TÜRK METAL), and communication between workers’ union and the business units of the company.
• Secures coherence of company’s applications to national and Groupe’s social policies in terms of labor regulation.
• Contributes to collective agreement process.
• Coordinates distribution of non-financial benefits mentioned in Collective Agreement, and gifts from the company.
• Coordinates and ensures reporting of Discipline Committees.
• Organizes social events such as spring festivals, anniversary celebrations, etc.
• Organizes HR meetings with Union representatives and with General Services.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

• University degree from Business Administrative or related fields.
• Advanced level of English, French is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production engineering environment.
• Good communication and persuasion.
• Teamwork focus, ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Well organized; strong planning and organization skills.
