Job Description
- Provide consultancy and support people managers related to HR systems, processes and policies, promote the use of the HR tools
- Understand the business needs and implement people strategies and solutions contributing employee engagement
- Ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development
- Partner and guide recruitment consultants to attract and hire the talents
- Lead organizational effectiveness, diversity and inclusion initiatives strengthening the business growth model
- Improving local initiatives and programs regarding organizational effectiveness, diversity & inclusion and wellbeing to foster a diverse and inclusive employee environment
- Coaching managers and teams on employee related issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources preferably Human Resources processes execution and deployment in key business accounts
- Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills with a high proactive approach
- Able to adapt to a high energy and fast paced work environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
