Budget Planning and Financial Reporting Specialist

To be assigned to our Private Anatolia Hospital Budget and Reporting Directorate;

We are looking for a "Budget Planning and Financial Reporting Specialist"  to join our team.

General Qualifications;

• Maximum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reportingor audit with a strong focus on IFRS and TFRS
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields, preferably an MBA or a Master's degree in Finance
•  Strong knowledge of financial statements reporting and analysis, with hands-on experience in IFRS/TFRS standards, consolidation and financial reporting processes, including exposure to VUK accounts
• Prior experience in reputable independent audit firms is preferred
• Strong command of MS Office Applications, especially advanced Excel
• Professional certifications (SMMM, ACCA, CPA, DipIFR) are considered a plus
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle etc.) is preferred
• Experience in healthcare or consultancy sectors is considered an asser
• Advendec level of English, both written an spoken
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Result-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Description;

• Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS, TFRS and local regulations
• Take an active role in monthly closing processes, including IFRS reporting and data validation
• Prepare and review financial statements, disclosures and supporting schedules in line with IFRS/TFRS requirements 
• Prepare P&L analysis, budget vs. actual comparisons and financial reports for top management
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including periodic performance tracking
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of business units/ departments, identifying key risks and variances and providing insights
• Design, improve and maintain financial models, reporting files and data structures
• Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams for accurete and timely data collection
• Support and contribute to improvements in financial reporting processes, systems and internal controls
• Implement and monitor cost control mechanisms and support related analysis
• Coordinate and support independent audit processes, providing required data and explanations
• Monitor updates in IFRS/ TFRS and support implementation of new standards and best practices
