About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP & IT & Administration Manager to lead our ERP systems, IT infrastructure, e-commerce technologies, business applications, and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of all technology platforms supporting our retail stores, head office, warehouses, and digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the company's ERP system (Nebim V3) and all business applications.
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP, POS, CRM, WMS, e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, payment systems, and third-party applications.
• Oversee the performance, security, and continuity of the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Manage and support the IT infrastructure of all retail stores, including POS systems, store networks, hardware, and communication systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of all e-commerce platforms and marketplace integrations.
• Lead ERP, IT, and digital transformation projects while working closely with internal teams and external technology partners.
• Manage software licenses, IT assets, vendor contracts, and technology-related budgets.
• Oversee administrative affairs, including office facilities, workplace services, procurement of administrative supplies, and coordination with external service providers.
• Identify and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, business continuity, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in ERP, IT infrastructure, and business systems.
• Strong experience with Nebim V3 and ERP systems.
• Experience managing ERP, e-commerce, marketplace, and third-party system integrations.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and retail store technologies.
• Experience leading ERP implementation, digital transformation, or integration projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and business needs.
• Military service completed or exempt (for male candidates).
