More recently PARFOIS has also been expanding on its offer of women’s clothing. With dedicated design teams in Porto and Barcelona, PARFOIS presents new styles in its stores every week! PARFOIS combines a modern fashion look with good value for money and is unique in its clear and dynamic visual merchandising, creating a pleasant atmosphere in every store.

PARFOIS started as a fashion accessory brand in 1994 with the first store in Porto, Portugal’s 2nd largest city. Today PARFOIS has over 1.000 stores in over 80 countries. Parfois Türkiye started its operations in 2022. 

We are looking for a Retail Area Manager in Parfois Turkey operations who;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops and implements operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations for implementing more efficient workflows
• Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
• Ensures that the action plans developed with the different areas of Parfois Headquarters (Logistics; Visual Merchandising, Marketing, among others) are properly implemented in the stores
• Defines and implements different strategies and actions that make it possible to improve the product and adapt the collection to the market in order to boost sales and an efficient stock rotation
• Supports the store teams, assuming responsibilities related, for example, with store openings, recruitment, performance evaluation and training, in order to guarantee that Parfois' procedures and best practices are being correctly implemented
• Takes responsiblity for organizing and planing of;  operational procedures, stock management, inventory counts,  store checklists, audits and non-commercial purchasings. 

PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field,
• 2-6 years of previous area management experience gained in international fashion retail brands is a must
• Excellent process management, problem solving, interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• Fluency in the English language (oral and written)
• Strong MS Excel and ERP system skills (Nebim will be a plus)
• Availability to travel (90% of his/her time will be on the field)
