We are looking for a dedicated and guest-oriented Receptionist to join thePark Inn by Radisson İzmirfamily.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a hotel reception or front office position.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication and professional, and guest-oriented attitude.
- Positive, flexible, and solution-focused approach to guest requests.
- Well-organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable working flexible and shift-based schedules.
- Experience with hotel reservation systems and front office software is an advantage.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional and efficient check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide assistance and support to guests throughout their stay, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest accounts, payments, invoices, and other front office transactions accurately.
