Join Our International Technical Team

Pay724 is an international telecommunications company working with operators, technology companies, and telecom providers across different regions of the world.

Every day, we manage international voice and SMS traffic, monitor critical telecommunications infrastructure, and provide reliable services to customers across multiple countries.

All of our customers and business partners are international, and English is the primary language used in our daily communication. Therefore, excellent written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement for this role.

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience with real carrier networks, and develop the technical skills needed to become a successful telecommunications professional.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor international Voice and SMS traffic to ensure service availability and performance.
  • Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and telecom platforms.
  • Receive, investigate, and resolve customer support tickets through our ticketing system.
  • Identify network anomalies, outages, routing issues, and service degradation.
  • Escalate incidents to relevant teams when necessary and follow them through resolution.
  • Work closely with Routing, Sales, and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Perform routine health checks on network infrastructure and services.
  • Analyze recurring incidents and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with network testing, maintenance activities, and change implementations.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and update the internal knowledge base.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
  • Participate in shift-based operations, including weekends and holidays when required.


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in NOC, Technical Support, Network Operations, or a similar technical role.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, SIP, RTP, and routing principles.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix command-line environments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory). You will communicate with international customers and partners on a daily basis.
  • Comfortable working in a shift-based 24/7 operational environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and organized while handling multiple incidents.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and excited by the opportunity to grow, take ownership, and make a real impact.
  • Eager to learn new technologies and continuously improve.
