We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist who will bring his/her enthusiasm, positive attitude and experience to be a part of our dynamic work environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for teams for all HR matters,
  • Managing employee life cycle focusing on employee experience; designing & executing core HR processes: talent attraction, recruitment, recognition and rewards, on-boarding, performance management, employee relations, and people programs,
  • Assessing organizational needs and executing on talent management strategies to support team’s growth,
  • Supporting managers in handling conversations like performance and career growth,
  • Reviewing programs and policies for compliance with employment laws, understand best practices and recommend modifications if appropriate,
  • Guiding management and employees to create an engaging, high morale and productive work environment especially when working remote,
  • Supporting recruitment processes by working on job adverts, interviews and references etc.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR; especially in recruitment and/or employee relations
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem solving skills,
  • Curious, eager to learn, innovative and positive can-do attitude,
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action,
  • Bachelor Degree in related fields and excellent English skills,
  • Effective presentation skills,
  • Good Command of MS office programs.


Preferred Candidate

More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
