QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Graduated from Engineering or Business faculties of universities
  • At least 5 years experience in the procurement sector as Senior Expert or Manager
  • Excellent English skills, both oral and written
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office programs
  • Well-trained JAR-OPS1 and IATA SGHA knowledgeable with quality trainings and current certifications
  • Preferably located in Anatolian Side of Istanbul


İŞ TANIMI

  • Coordinate the market research for ground services, airport services and general service requests from the departments, prepare the report about the subject by providing the control of the received prices
  • Worked in contract / contracting processes Ground Services - Airport Services
  • Contracts, specifications, periodic price negotiations etc. on the request of service purchase requests. carry out the documentation processes and, if necessary, provide the necessary coordination for the execution of supplier and legal processes
  • Will be able to investigate alternatives for purchasing land-airport services
  • Conduct negotiation negotiations at the appropriate level of management to help negotiate agreements with optimal price and quality balances
  • Receive, collect, investigate and correct corrective / preventive actions related to service contracts and inform related departments and ground handling companies accordingly
