QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing and enhancing the company's marketing-focused data analytics strategy,
- Utilizing data analysis tools to analyze data, manage reporting processes, and present findings,
- Identifying and analyzing key retail metrics, such as sales, customer behavior, and campaign performance,
- Delivering actionable insights using the customer and communication response data to support business strategies and contributing to decision-making processes,
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven initiatives,
- Staying informed about the latest developments in data science to discover innovative solutions and enhance the analytical capabilities of the organization,
- Regularly presenting marketing data reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication of data analytics processes.
- 7+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in the retail industry with CRM and loyalty experience,
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science or business engineering,
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred,
- Proven track record of developing and deploying successful data science solutions that deliver significant business value,
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations,
- Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools, such as Python, R, and Tableau,
- Expertise in data visualization,
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus,
- Good command of written and spoken English.
