Foreign Trade Operations Specialist

We are looking for a “Foreign Trade Operations Specialist” for our client, which is a B2B sales agency and distributor of raw and specialty materials in Turkey and the Middle East. The position will be located in Şişli, İstanbul

Basic Qualifications:

- University Degree (Bachelor’s)

- Advanced English (spoken and written)

- More than 3 years of experience in a Customer Service role in International Trade or Logistics

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

-High communication skills both spoken and written

- Detail and customer oriented

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage customer inquiries, orders and follow ups

- Organize product information and samples

- Handle trade, logistic and invoice documents with relevant parties

- Manage claims and promptly communicate corrective actions with customers

- Record order data, invoices and payments

- Follow up on payments of invoices by customers

- Assist sales in obtaining general statistics and market research

- Follow up on customs clearance process with broker
