Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering Background
Experience on Industrial Maintenance (Aseptic production experience is preferred.)
Well spoken & written English language
Ability to engage people and effectively build relationships to drive performance
Project management experience
Experience in developing and gaining approval of capital projects
Experience in managing budgets
Ability to lead a team based approach to decision making
Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills

• Lead plants Maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities and Spare Part) departments.
• Prepare the maintenance plan for plants to sustain high operation performance and utilization
• Effective use of reliability equipment's and analysis to deliver predictive maintenance.
• Support production teams for autonomous maintenance
• Provide direct supervision to the Maintenance Team to ensure that maintenance activities are executed in a manner which results in improved True Efficiency, safety, quality and continuous improvement of the facility.
• Support production teams for autonomous maintenance
• Define the investment needs from the related departments and plans the all investment needs with plant manager in order of priority.
• Prepares technical specifications for the machines and equipment in the scope of projects and investments,
• Writes off the unused and unusable equipment with the related procedures and prepares write off list,
• Coordinates the Recon system of the plant, according to WwP targets identify the key action plans for energy and water.
• Prepare Repair and maintenance budget , spare part inventory levels.
• Leading Industry 4.0 and digitalization agenda for the plant.
• Ensure the meet the requirements of GEHSMS and ISO 14001 Environmental Management system procedures and instructions
• Ensures the team has the resources and capabilities to effectively accomplish their responsibilities.
• Support and coach Maintenance team to establish effective maintenance organization and maintenance programs in line with best practices to achieve the targets
• Mentors and motivates associates, providing training and development to optimize their performance and growth.
• Close relationship with sector engineering and PeMM teams to lift & shift best practices.
• Support teams for safety, Lean deployment and food safety.
• To ensure compliance with global, legal and internal evaluation programs such as GEHSMS, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, FSSC, AIB
