IHG Executive Club Lounge Agent

InterContinental Grand Ankara 

We are looking for a Executive Club Lounge Agent to join the Front Office Department of our hotel operating with international service standards. The ideal candidate should be guest-oriented, service-focused, and able to adapt to a dynamic operation environment.

Job Description

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all Club InterContinental guests.
• Serve food and beverages during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails in accordance with IHG service standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance of the Club Lounge at all times.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs, offering tailored recommendations and assistance.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
•  Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Assist with concierge services including reservations, transport, and general information.
• Maintain knowledge of VIP arrivals, guest preferences, and special occasions.
• Uphold InterContinental brand standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or Front Office /F&B Service operations is preferred 
• Strong communicaiton and guest relations skills
• Able to work in shifts
• Well-groomed and attentive to personal hygiene standards
• Team-oriented, responsible, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Good English communication skills are preferred
• Able to follow operational and service standards professionally
