We are looking for a Restaurant Hostess to join the Food & Beverage department of our hotel operating with international service standards. The ideal candidate should be guest-oriented, service-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Description

• Welcoming and assisting guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Providing accurate information about restaurant operations and services
• Coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the reception and guest waiting areas
• Supporting guest satisfaction with a positive and solution-oriented approach

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant operations is preferred
• Strong communication and guest relation skills
• Well-groomed and attentive to personal appearance and hygiene standards
• Able to work in shifts
• Team-oriented, responsible, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
• Good English communication skills are preferred
• Able to represent the hotel professionally and maintain service standards
