Qualifications

  • BA degree in Business Administration/ Management / Industrial Engineering or equivalent training/experience.
  • 3-4+ years of job experience preferably in FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience in Trade Marketing / Category Management / Sales.
  • High communication, presentation skills especially with internal and sales teams
  • Adequate knowledge of budget management.
  • Capabilities of understanding in customer sales data as well as competitive analysis
  • Advanced in English
  • Advanced in MS Office Programs 

 Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate TM activities, projects to achieve in-store excellence standards.
  • Understand frontline needs, identify sales growth opportunities and formulate these into channel marketing projects.
  • Communicate priorities of TM programs, activities and projects with sales teams and attend regional visits.
  • Analyze data and insights to determine channel specific consumer needs and to transform into the TM program and activities.
  • Track instore executions and communicate with sales teams in terms of execution KPIs.
  • Track market trends and opportunities, follow up competition & pricing activities.
  • Develop and execute category plans, control and audit merchandising activities on-field by periodic visits.
  • Drive in-store executions by channel to create new interaction points with consumers.
  • Support budgeting process and manage with ROI aspect.
  • Align with sales, supply and finance teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities.
  • Plan distribution, visibility, and in-store activities.
  • Manage third party relations to provide executional and visual materials.
  • Support marketing launch, promo and consumer programs and transform into TM programs on field.
  • Follow up trade spends of distributors and their customers and take part in the approval processes and follow up TM budget.
  • Take part in approval process of customers' discounts and advance payments and follow up budgets
