Validation Responsible

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills;

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline is desirable.
• Experience in process validation is preferred.
• Strong analtytical skills, good relationship management, change agility, capacity to plan and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong evidence of problem solving skills.
• Ability to work as a team member and/or independently towards departmental objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish and English
• Sound IT skills – particularly in Excel spreadsheet, word processing and presentation packages.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and adhere to tight deadlines

İŞ TANIMI

• Preparing the process validation protocols&reports as working with the related functional teams
• Preparing the area qualification protocols& reports, organizing different departments for the studies
• Managing the equipment qualification studies
• Working as the primary contact for the local change management system, maintaining change management process is in compliant with the requierements
• Supporting end users for the electronic quality tracking system
