Responsibilities:

•  Calculate product costs for existing and new products
• Support budgeting and monthly forecasts, conducting variance analysis
•  Contribute to month-end and year-end closings for timely financial reporting
• Manage project controlling activities, ensuring financial tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare comprehensive reports on overhead and product cost controlling
•  Analyze financials and key performance indicators for strategic decision-making
•  Follow up on plant efficiency metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance operational performance
•  Participate in cross-functional improvement projects

Qualifications:

• University degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematical Engineering
•  Fluency in English and Turkish
• Experience in a similar position at least 3 years
• Advanced level in MS Office Applications, especially Excel
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like MS Power BI (or similar)
• SAP FI/CO knowledge is a must
• Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset
• Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills
• Flexible and a good team player
