Product Services Engineer

PHILSA

We are looking for a Product Services Engineer for our factory in Torbalı, who will be a member of our Product Services team in Quality Department.

Product Services Engineer assumes the project leader role in Philsa for Marketing or Operations driven projects; coordinates projects as the single point of contact between Operations functions. 
 

The incumbent of the position will be:
• Leading projects e.g.;
o New product launches, product improvements, revamps for our markets,
o New features; from idea to commercialization,
o Global or local process improvement projects.

Ensuring successful completion of projects through solid project management discipline in collaboration with all parties.
  
• Sharing product and process knowledge expertise to internal and external stakeholders,

• Collaborating with Philsa Operations functions to further improve factory performance and  capabilities to the targeted levels,

• Collaborating with Corporate Affairs function to coordinate local authority approvals for product  related activities e.g. new launch, change, delist of a product with compliance to local regulations,

• Collaborating with OC functions to ensure product compliance with local regulations and PMI standards.
 

Candidates must have:
University degree in Engineering,
Strong in project management, communication, collaboration, learning, multi-tasking and agility,
3-5 years of relevant work experience e.g. project management, manufacturing, etc.
Very good command of written and spoken English and Turkish, 
Good command of MS Office applications,
Completed or deferred military service for 2 years (For male candidates).
