About Job
What Do You Need?
• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative affairs
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Preferably proficient in English
What Will You Do?
• Ensuring office management and overall order
• Managing supplier processes
• Tracking invoices and expenses, coordinating with relevant teams
• Managing fixed assets and inventory
• Planning travel and organization processes
• Monitoring and reporting the administrative budget
• Communicating with official institutions and external stakeholders
