QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

PIC is one of the leading companies in electronic sensor manufacturing; we are an international company with 45 years of experience in the sensor industry. One of the most important factors that enable us to grow continuously is our successful teamwork. We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as ‘Plant Quality Engineer’ in our PIC Gebze Plant, which produces reed sensors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Departments (preferably mechatronics, electronic, mechanical engineering)
• Minimum 2 years experience,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Having strong team player organizational skills,
• Strong problem-solving skills and result oriented,
• Self-motivated and have business mind-set with strong analysis skills,
• Ability to travel abroad,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Living or relocate in Gebze or İstanbul Anatolian Side.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leading subordinates by providing guidance and feedback,
• Quality assurance according to the rules, parameters and verification plans,
• Define, introduce and supervise control tools and processes of the quality,
• Preparing quality system for digitalization
• Process control and supervision of measures for products that are not according to quality norms of PIC,
• Manage PIC test systems in accordance with the PIC global test rules.
• Integration of PIC Quality Systems,
• Satisfying customer expectations about product’s quality,
• Organizing regular customer visits, close relations with the suppliers and customers quality departments,
• Enabling sustainable quality courses and conveying the information,
• Planning, supervising and purchasing necessary equipment for calibration activities,
• Establishing and following corrective and preventative actions for non-confirmed products,
• Ensuring that the products to be produced for the first time are produced in accordance with the customer's quality requirements,
• Responsible for contributing to the generation of the Quality Policy and Objectives,
• Complying with ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 accreditation requirements.
