We are looking for a  Regulatory Specialist to be a member of our Patient Access & Consumer Relations Department.

The role would include but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Knowledge of medicine, cosmetics, food supplement and medical device regulations  
• Obtains product registrations, cosmetics notifications and certifications by requesting, preparing and submitting to governmental authorities and third parties data from manufacturers and various sources
• Conduct cosmeto-vigilance activities and product complaints, responsible as the Local Safety Officer
• Adapt claims to applicable local regulations
• Prepare and support European and International Registration for company products
• Ability to negotiate with influence senior stakeholders and external business
• Follow-up of developments and changes in the local & global regulations

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy
• At least 3-5 years work experience especially on cosmetic products and vigilance activities
• Fluency in written and spoken English, French is plus
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently but also must be a strong team player liasing with many cross-functional teams and be able to work to tight deadlines
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Proficiency in MS office software
