Export Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and self-motivatedExport Sales Specialist to join the export sales team of our aluminum profile manufacturing facility located in Düzce Gümüşova Organized Industrial Zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, International Trade, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in export sales and international trade operations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in market research, customer portfolio development, and acquiring new international customers.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Analytical thinking with excellent reporting abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel.
• Valid Class B driver's license is preferred.

Job Description

• Manage communication with existing and prospective international customers while expanding the company's customer portfolio.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate potential sales markets.
• Manage all stages of the export sales process, including quotations, order processing, shipment coordination, and export documentation.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support and prepare regular sales and performance reports.
