What you'll do
• Lead operational teams to achieve business objectives
• Monitor and improve KPIs, service levels, and operational performance
• Coach and develop Team Leaders and management teams
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives
What we're looking for
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in contact center, BPO, customer experience, or operations management environments
• Proven success in managing large teams and delivering operational targets
• Strong knowledge of KPI management, SLA governance, and workforce performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
