Senior Mechanical Engineer – Luxury Pool & Spa Systems (BIM/Revit Expert)

We are seeking a visionary Senior Mechanical Engineer to provide technical leadership, drive our BIM processes, and ensure our systems outshine the toughest global competition.
Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities: * Design Leadership: Manage end-to-end mechanical (MEP) designs for swimming pools, thermal spas, water features, and wellness areas in high-end residential, hospitality, and marine (yacht) projects.
- BIM Management: Lead 3D mechanical modeling using Revit and BIM platforms (Navisworks, BIM 360). Execute clash detection and deliver flawless, multi-disciplinary coordination projects (up to LOD 400).
- Technical Consultancy: Act as a leading technical consultant during "Design & Build" phases. Collaborate with prestigious architectural firms and developers, bridging visionary aesthetics with mechanical realities.
- System Engineering: Perform advanced hydraulic calculations, size balancing tanks, and conceptualize premium filtration, disinfection (Ozone/UV), and HVAC (heating/dehumidification) systems.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, tender documents, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) strictly adhering to international standards.
Qualifications & Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 8–10 years of dedicated experience in the MEP design and engineering of complex swimming pools, spas, and advanced water treatment facilities.
- Exceptional proficiency in Revit and BIM, including experience in creating custom parametric families for specialized pool equipment (e.g., advanced filtration units).
- Deep understanding of international pool and MEP standards (DIN 19643, SPATA, PWTAG, ASHRAE).
- Proven portfolio featuring completed mega-yacht, ultra-luxury resort, or premium villa projects.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, fully capable of leading international technical meetings and managing global stakeholders.
