Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar learning

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales

• Experience in Tyre Sector is a plus

• Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills

• Positive, Responsible, Ambitious

• Operational Discipline

• High Level of Energy

• B driving license is a must

• Team-oriented and have effective communication skills,

• Eager to learn and innovative,

• Be able to adapt to different cultures and values,

• Good command of MS Office applications

• Military service should be completed for male candidates

• Live or willing to live in Konya

• Having no restrictions for traveling

Job Description

• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, especially with loyal long-term customers to increase Prometeon’s share in the customer

• Develop business by increasing customer base and developing new/non-traditional channels on the market

• Carry out negotiations and sales activities, agreeing with their volumes, and conditions of sale (price, terms of delivery, terms of payment) to achieve the targets in terms of profit, volumes, product mix, revenues

• Implement promotional campaigns and support the trade & consumer marketing activities in the managed sales zone (including training initiatives addressed to the customer)

• Provide sales forecasts (volumes, value) to contribute to the planning process and maximize the service level, and reduce logistic costs

• Discuss with sales-man forecasts and plans

• Keep track of the payment status of the customers of the assigned Area and manage problems and issues

• Verify customers' satisfaction level
