RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making promotions using existing communication channels,
• To manage and develop distribution channels,
• To work to ensure that the service quality provided to customers is at the highest level,
• To work for its development by measuring customer satisfaction within the framework of objective criteria,
• To make preparations for organizations such as fair together with the Sales & Marketing Manager,
• To forward the training requests of the dealers and sales personnel to the supervisor,
• To support the supervisor in the budgeting, planning and implementation of all necessary marketing and promotional activities,
• To offer all kinds of customer services that will add value to the products.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in waterproofing experience,
• Preferably civil engineering graduate,
• Experience with hardware systems in user support,
• Have fluent English in reading, writing and speaking,
• Have effective communication skills,
• Having done military service (for male personnel).
