PwC Turkey Tax Reporting & Strategy Services serves its clients in order to meet their outsourcing needs like accounting, payroll, management reporting and others.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a Payroll Senior Consultant who is not only experienced in payroll operations, but also motivated to improve, transform, and redesign payroll processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys going beyond execution — someone who questions existing workflows, leverages technology, and contributes to building more efficient and scalable payroll operations.
What you will do
- Lead and manage end-to-end payroll processes for corporate clients
- Review and validate payroll calculations with a strong control mindset
- Ensure full compliance with SSI (SGK) and all payroll-related legal obligations
- Take ownership in identifying inefficiencies and improving payroll workflows
- Actively contribute to automation, digitalization, and system enhancement initiatives
- Work closely with teams to optimize payroll tools and reporting structures
- Participate in payroll-related consulting and transformation projects
What we are looking for
- University degree in relevant fields
- 3–6 years of experience in payroll or HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and SSI regulations
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems, ERP structures, or automation tools
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with data analysis and process logic
- A mindset focused on process improvement, efficiency, and accuracy
- Curious about technology and motivated to explore new tools and solutions
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize, and drive results
- Good command of English
