About Job
We are looking for a dynamic, solution-orientedIT Help Desk Specialist to join our IT family.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Help Desk & User Support: Providing high-quality, professional technical support to end-users for hardware, OS, and software applications.
- Hardware & Software Setup: Managing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Inventory Management: Tracking, updating, and reporting the inventory of computers, software licenses, and connected IT equipment.
- Backup & Security: Monitoring and maintaining daily backup systems to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Vendor Coordination: Working in alignment and coordinating operational tasks with external IT service providers and vendors.
- IT Procurement: Assisting in technical procurement processes and equipment purchasing.
- Continuous Improvement: Proposing system enhancements, analyzing infrastructure needs, and actively contributing to global/local IT projects.
Education & Experience:
- High School degree, Technical Vocational School, or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Programming, or related fields.
- Min.2 years of proven experience in an IT Help Desk / End-User Support role.
Professional Skills & Attributes:
- Strong command of computer fundamentals, Windows OS, and MS Office / Microsoft 365 applications.
- Technical English: Ability to read, understand, and follow technical documentation and manuals.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills (keeping track of resolved tickets and tasks).
- Strong analytical thinking, quick problem-solving, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to internal users.
- A great team player with a high sense of ownership and task follow-up.
- Eager to learn, research, and adapt to new technologies.
- Flexibility to adapt to agile and flexible working hours when operational needs arise.
