QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Logistic Support Specialist" for our global company in Pharma industry.
- Five years’ experience in a supporting Supply Chain/Logistics function – exposure to implementation of new freight agents preferably in the Pharma industry/Cold Chain
- Adcanced in English
-Computer literate, with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Knowledge and understanding of GDP standards preferable
-Strong problem solving experience
-Very strong communication skills both verbal and written.
-SAP Knowledge of SD and MM Environment preferable
-Qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business desirable
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-Drive a strong culture of Customer Centricity within the team and in line with key Commercial
-Single point of contact for hospital pharmacists and logistic vendors
-New Customer Creation and modification in accordance with the appropriate control documents
-Actively monitor new account creation or change requests and ensure the validation criteria for Bona Fide is strongly adhered to and applied
-Support the yearly requirement for Customer account revalidation in conjunction with the local quality representative
-Ensure the Customer database is monitored on a yearly basis for inactivity, and manage the closing of these inactive accounts with oversight from the local Quality representative and relevant Commercial contact
-Daily monitor and manage sales orders, rush orders, service requests and advance exchange programs with the team members (Shipping Calendar processing, Global Access to Medicines Program (GATM), Named Patient Sales (NPS). other Commercial, Free of Charge/Compassionate items)
-Manage the coordination of information to the customer and to the internal teams on all aspects of the order processing role. This includes all shipment status updates by Distribution.
-Manage Customer Pre-payment processes in conjunction with current SOP and Credit Management policy for non SGK customers
-Optimization of shipment days and selection of vendor for each shipment. Coordinates 3rd party warehouse for product preparation, shipping company and receiving pharmacist for smooth delivery
-Managing all customs process with vendor
-Full ownership, responsibility and management for an assigned number of markets which includes activity such as order receipt, order entry, shipping document creation, tracking and delivery confirmation.
-Communicating with internal customers on the status of orders, providing clear and concise information on expected delivery.
-Working with third party logistics providers to ensure the timely pick pack of orders.
-Monitoring each order until delivery, proactively managing orders which may be delayed and communicating to customers appropriately.
-Work with freight partners to ensure on time delivery to customers and adherence to the internal KPI.
-Reporting daily/weekly KPI’s to management updating on challenges and propose resolutions.
-Liaising with finance to provide weekly, monthly updates on sales from an order and unit perspective.
-Ensuring department deviations are investigated thoroughly, corrective plans put in place to prevent re-occurrence and ensuring adherence to the internal record time lines.
-Ensure full compliance with internal SOP’s and standards
-Ensure the highest adherence to all compliance requirements within the function
