Logistics Manager

We're looking for a Logistics Manager for our global business partner.

Job Description:

• Managing end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations for the newly established factory,
• Ensuring the efficient execution of goods receipt, storage, dispatch, picking, and packing processes,
• Tracking order management processes to guarantee customer delivery performance,
• Managing inventory control, stock accuracy, and periodic stock counts,
• Ensuring material flow in compliance with FIFO principles,
• Managing logistics operations effectively through the ERP system,
• Supporting purchasing and material planning processes,
• Ensuring the accurate and timely execution of invoicing and operational documentation processes,
• Continuously improving internal and external warehouse processes,
• Tracking transportation costs and carrying out efficiency enhancement activities,
• Analyzing potential operational risks in processes and developing solutions,
• Tracking logistics KPIs and driving performance improvement projects,
• Ensuring coordination with customs brokers, suppliers, and relevant business partners,
• Proactively managing customer requests to maintain a high level of service quality,
• Reporting to the Head of Operations, and building and developing the logistics team as the organization grows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a university, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, and supply chain operations,Hands-on experience with ERP systems,
• Strong command of warehouse management, inventory control, and order management processes,
• Experienced in process design, optimization, and standardization,
• Competent in operational documentation and reporting processes,
• Possessing a KPI-driven work ethic,
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills,
• Possessing a hands-on work approach, capable of taking an active operational role in small organizations when necessary,
• Advanced communication skills in English,
• Proficient in using MS Office programs,
• Preferably with experience in the automotive sector.
