Project Plannıng and Management Manager

We are looking for a "Project Planning and Management Manager" for our client, a project-based manufacturing company engaged in electro-mechanical activities.

Responsibilities

* Manage the overall portfolio of ongoing international projects and monitor project progress end-to-end,

* Develop, maintain and monitor integrated Master Project Schedules,

* Track critical milestones across engineering, procurement, production, logistics, installation and commissioning processes,

* Identify schedule deviations, bottlenecks and Critical Path risks at an early stage,

* Develop and implement Recovery Plans for delayed or at-risk projects,

* Ensure effective coordination among Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Field Operations, Finance and Sales teams,

* Establish a standardized and effective project handover process from Sales to Project Management,

* Coordinate with Finance to monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow and contractual milestones,

* Ensure that customer and company obligations under project contracts are properly monitored and fulfilled,

* Establish and maintain Risk Registers and ensure effective risk management,

* Lead regular project review and performance meetings,

* Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting systems covering project schedules, costs, progress, risks, receivables and critical actions,

* Establish an effective early-warning system enabling senior management to identify project risks and potential issues at an early stage,

* Develop and standardize company-wide project management methodologies, reporting systems and documentation standards,

* Manage, develop and monitor the performance of the Project Management team,

* Work closely with the Field Operations organization in planning and executing installation and commissioning schedules.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline,

* Preferably 12+ years of professional experience,

* At least 5 years of management-level experience in project management and/or project controls,

* Proven experience managing multiple international projects simultaneously,

* Preferably experience in sectors such as EPC, industrial facilities, machinery, process equipment, steel structures, food processing technologies, cement, energy or material handling systems,

* Advanced knowledge and experience in project planning and scheduling,

* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project,

* Strong knowledge of Critical Path Management, resource planning, risk management and project cost control,

* Experience with ERP systems and project reporting/dashboard solutions,

* Strong understanding of project contracts and commercial processes,

* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to align and coordinate multiple departments toward common objectives,

* Proven experience in reporting and presenting at senior management level,

* Advanced level of English,

* Proven international project experience,

* PMP or an equivalent project management certification is preferred,

* Based in Çorum or willing to relocate to Çorum permanently.
