On behalf of our client, a globally leading and innovative solution provider, we are looking for aSenior Industry Technology Specialist (HHC, ME) to join their growing regional team.

Job Description

• Stay abreast of industry technical developments, generating new ideas, papers, and patents to drive continuous product and service optimization.

• Identify and resolve complex technical issues for customers while maximizing the value of provided solutions.

• Initiate, plan, and coordinate regional technical activities alongside internal teams, customers, and business partners.

• Act as a techno-commercial sparring partner to the sales force, identifying new prospects and developing proof-of-concepts for customer pitches.

• Take ownership of technical formulations, portfolio innovations, and market launches from concept creation to post-launch execution.

• Conduct and supervise laboratory work to adapt new procedures, managing external testing in alignment with project goals.

• Represent the organization in technical customer meetings and actively collaborate with global R&D networks and regional innovation hubs.

Requirements

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.

• Minimum 6-7 years of relevant professional experience within the Household & Personal Care (HHC) industry.

• Proven track record in technical application, formulation development, or laboratory operations.

• Strong techno-commercial mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer value propositions.

• Solid background in product launches and managing projects in a global matrix organization.

• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

• Understanding of Middle Eastern market dynamics.

• Flexibility to travel regionally, approximately twice per month (2 times a month), for customer engagements and technical projects.
