university degree,

good command of English,

minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment industry and/or in B2B sales function,

Innovative and creative thinking with analytical capabilities,

Willingness to work in a dynamic environment,

Good understanding, personal responsibility, flexible and eager to learn.

Job Description:

Develop and maintain a customer database, make sales calls to new and existing clients (including cold calls)

Follow up on recruitment activities,

Conducting phone interviews,

Managing research processes,

Organize face to face interviews .
