EXPORT EXECUTIVE
Ravena is the leading wallpaper manufacturer in Turkey, which is a joint venture between German’s leader wallpaper manufacturer Rasch and Turkey’s leader wallpaper distributor Hanna Home, also powered with the international investment company Barakat Group.
Ravena is looking for an "Export Executive" to be employed in our Istanbul Office with following qualifications;
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Faculty of Economics, International Trade, Business, Business Management or similar fields )
• Min 5 years of experience in a similar position. Experience should be in export sales, operation and business development. (Knowing export documentation / procedures and custom regulations is an asset)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is must and 2nd languages as ARABIC or RUSSIAN is preferably.
• Experienced and able to travel abroad, especially Middle East and GCC territories.
• Experienced in International Exhibitions and able to organize A to Z International Exhibition participation.
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of CANIAS and/or ERP is an asset,
• Ability to work as a team member,
• Good Communication and Planning Skills, Analytical Thinking Capability, Decision Making and Problem Solving Ability,
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure,
• Active driving skill with a B class license.
• Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting directly to the Export Manager, the successful candidate for the ‘Export Area Manager’ is fully responsible for achieving the team sales targets and conducting the marketing activities in all export countries, through market based pricing, forecasting, day to day order follow up and field visits with command of Export Manager.
• Visits the existing export markets to keep the customer relations warm and to find new customers or distributors with command of Export Manager.
• Follows up the orders, stock status, dispatching and payments of all the customers, monitors and organizes the sales process by working in coordination with finance, planning, production and dispatching departments,
• Complete foreign trade data requirements, generating export documents in corporate systems.
• Seeks new business opportunities as well as maintaining and supporting existing activities,
• Prepare all related Documents for Export Incentives.
• Efficient teamwork and communication with all departments as well as customers
• Ensuring complete coordination and information flow between all relevant departments in the supply chain steps undertaken,
• Weekly/Monthly reporting in line with the demands of the Export Manager.
• To provide information flow with the companies providing services such as freight forwarders and customs agents, organize and follow up the transaction organization.
