EXPORT OPERATION

We are looking for candidates who are or have;

• New graduated from University and has a degree, preferably in Faculty of Economics, Business Administration, International Business, similar departments, 

• Preferably (not a must) worked in the field of export operation before or willing to learn and make a business career plan in this field. 

• Very good command and advance level of English, 

• Experience with MS Office programs, 

• Preferably  (not a must) have knowledge and experience on customs and foreign trade legislation, foreign trade payments, Letter of Credit and implementations,

• No restriction to travel abroad,

• Ability to work as a team member, 

•Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements. 

• Capable to live in Bandirma or Gonen, city dweller is preferably.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 • Reporting directly to the Export Manager, fully responsible for the following orders, stock status, dispatching and payments 

• Prepare all foreign Export Documents for Customs and other Authorities, 

• Prepare all related Documents for Export Incentives, 

• Efficient teamwork and communication with all departments as well as customers,

• Ensuring complete coordination and information flow between all relevant departments

• Weekly / Monthly reporting in line with the Export Manager,

• Examine the transportation expenses follow invoicing, work on improvement process,

• To provide information, such as freight forwarders and customs agents, to organize and follow up the transaction,
