About RBW

RBW is a Korean-origin, no-code metalworking automation solutions company delivering robotic systems through a network of 21 local partner integrators across 15 countries. Our partners serve industrial customers worldwide — from European metal fabrication shops to North American manufacturing operations. Our marketing operates globally, with English as the primary working language for customer-facing content.

The Role

We are bringing performance marketing in-house and need a Marketing Lead who can own RBW's marketing function end-to-end. This is a single-owner role: you run paid acquisition across platforms, produce quality content internally, maintain our website, and direct our external agency on social media and design. In this role, digital is the core, but physical marketing work (events, trade fair materials, partner collateral) is part of the role when it's needed.

You will report to the Head of Business Development & Partnerships, who will provide strategic guidance and commercial context. You own the execution and the decisions. You will be directly accountable for ROAS, CAC, and pipeline contribution from paid channels, and trusted to pivot strategy — including pausing or expanding activity by country — based on what the data shows.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

•            Own RBW's performance marketing strategy end-to-end. Our current primary channel is Meta Ads; you will operate, optimize, and scale it

•            Continuously evaluate channel mix and pivot strategy to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC — including expanding into, reducing, or reallocating budget across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms as the data supports

•            Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing across all active platforms

•            Track and report on core KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution

•            Use CAC by country as a primary signal for where to pause, sustain, or expand paid activity — RBW operates across 15 countries with varying lead quality and partner effectiveness, and the marketing function is responsible for keeping per-country acquisition economics feasible

•            Build and maintain reporting dashboards

Content Production

•            Produce quality video and visual content in-house using AI-powered tools

•            Repurpose technical demos, customer stories, partner footage, and event material into channel-native content

•            Write marketing copy: landing pages, ad creatives, email sequences, product narratives

Agency Direction (Social Media & Design)

•            You have full authority over our external marketing agency: handshaking on the monthly content plan, approving or rejecting deliverables, and requesting rework as needed. The agency runs day-to-day social operations; you set the direction and the quality bar

•            Track CTR and engagement metrics on agency-produced social content and feed this data back into the monthly content brief to push the agency toward genuinely engaging output

•            Ensure the agency's social and design output aligns with RBW's brand, messaging, and commercial priorities

Website Management (Wix)

•            Maintain and update RBW's Wix-based website (content, landing pages, SEO basics, performance)

•            Ensure brand and message consistency across all web touchpoints

•            Implement and iterate on conversion-focused landing pages tied to paid campaigns

Broader Marketing Support

•            Support physical marketing activity as needed: trade fair materials, partner-facing collateral, event presence, and similar

Requirements

Must-have

•            3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with direct campaign management on Meta Ads as a core competency

•            Meta Blueprint certification — or demonstrable equivalent experience with verifiable campaign results (ROAS, CAC, CTR, or comparable metrics from campaigns you personally managed)

•            Working knowledge of multiple ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads) and a clear understanding of how their ad models, auction dynamics, and audiences differ — even if Meta is the primary channel today, you should be able to argue for or against pivoting based on the data

•            C2-level English (CEFR) — verified through interview. You will be writing for British and American audiences; native-equivalent fluency is required

•            Demonstrated experience producing video content with AI editing tools

•            Strong copywriting skills in English

•            Comfort with analytics platforms: GA4, Meta Business Suite, and the reporting tools of any platform you operate

•            Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently — this is a single-owner role with broad scope

•            Full-time on-site in Pendik, Istanbul

Nice-to-have

•            Google Ads certification(s)

•            Wix proficiency, including Wix affiliate/partner program experience

•            B2B marketing experience, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, robotics, or technical/engineering sectors

•            SEO fundamentals (on-page, technical basics, keyword research)

•            Experience guiding or coordinating with external creative/social agencies

•            Working knowledge of HubSpot (or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform)

•            Turkish (helpful but not required for the role itself)

•            German, Spanish, or other languages — a plus given our global partner network
