Greek Golden Visa Consultant

As part of the continued growth of our Golden Visa Division for Realty World Greece, we are looking for a motivated, results-driven, and highly communicative Golden Visa Investment Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

·       Establish and maintain regular communication with Realty World Türkiye franchise offices to promote the Greek Golden Visa Program and manage referral processes.

·       Collaborate closely with franchise brokers, office managers, and real estate consultants to identify and refer qualified Golden Visa investment prospects to the head office.

·       Visit approximately 160 Realty World franchise offices throughout Türkiye on a regular basis to deliver presentations, make training sessions, and informational meetings about the Golden Visa Program.

·       Strengthen relationships within the franchise network and increase awareness of the Golden Visa investment opportunities.

·       Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified investors while developing long-term client relationships.

·       Coordinate and monitor digital marketing and social media campaigns related to the Golden Visa Program, and follow up with incoming leads.

·       Organize seminars, presentations, investor meetings, and promotional events to increase awareness of the program.

·       Work closely with the Realty World Greece team to ensure the smooth management of investor applications and transactions.

·       Accompany clients to Greece whenever required during the investment and Golden Visa application process.

·       Prepare regular activity, sales, and performance reports for management.

Qualifications

·       Previous experience in Golden Visa, residency-by-investment, international real estate, investment consultancy, or a related field is highly preferred.

·       Experience with the Greek Golden Visa Program is considered a strong advantage.

·       Eligible to obtain a Schengen visa without restrictions.

·       Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

·       Comfortable communicating both over the phone and in face-to-face meetings.

·       Willing to travel extensively throughout Türkiye and internationally when required.

·       Valid Class B driver’s license with active driving experience.

·       Strong relationship management, coordination, and organizational skills.

·       Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.

·       Professional appearance with strong corporate representation skills.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

·       Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Greek is considered a significant advantage.
