Logistics Executive - RB Health

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to join our Supply Team!

- The role holder will be expected to have a good understanding of Logistics and 3PL Management. Have a hands on cando approach and be willing to learn and develope

- If you are experienced in the FMCG/Consumer health/retail/3PL/4PL/supply chain and have good knowledge of legislation and Regulations governing transport and storage

Main Accountabilities 

• Plan and manage import and export operations in collaboration with 3PL 

• Ensure all stock is receipted and despatched as required to fulfil RB business needs 

• Ensure that inventory is managed / tracked in terms of location and status and that regulatory and quality requirements are adhered to 

• Ensure stock return procedures are followed and executed in line with RB policy

• Manage the day to day operational relationship with our 3PL which includes Custom Brokers, Hauliers, Bonded Warehouses and Warehouse operations

• Coordinate the Import and Export operations with minimum cost and maximum service level

The Successful Applicant 

• Of graduate calibre from a recognised university 

• A team player with good organizational and analytical skills 

• An effective and strong communicator 

• Excellent command of written and spoken English 

• Problem-solving and numerical skills 

• Min 3 years experience in Logistics Operations/3PL/Warehouse Management 

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 

• Good understanding of Inventory/Warehouse management processes
