Accountant

We are looking for an "Accountant" for our multinational client operating in polymer industry and offering a variety of packaging solutions worldwide.

Qualifications:

• Having a university degree from relevant departments
• Having at least 8 years of experience (preferably a combination of approx. 5 years in Russia and approx. 3 years in Turkey)
• Native in Russian, fluent in Turkish and basic knowledge in English is essential for the role
• Excellent knowledge of 1-C Accounting Software and MS Office Applications
• Having good command on Russian accounting as well as strong knowledge of Turkish regulations, tax and accounting requirements
• Financial reporting experience is an asset
• Ability to work closely with the outsource accounting firm and multi-parties within the company group network
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details and accuracy with numbers

Responsibilities:

• Keeps track of the sales & purchase records
• Compiles and maintains records and files
• Collects fees, revenues, disburses payments, and posts to appropriate accounts
• Posts financial transactions on bookkeeping software
• Tracks expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings of the company
• Manages the company’s financial data, accounts payable, and receivables
• Reconciles bank statements
• Maintains close communication with CPA and outsource accounting company
• Provides regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly)
• Ad hoc duties as required
