APPLICATION SPECIALIST

At Redcell Biotechnology, operating in the field of blood grouping systems, we are looking for a dynamic and fast-learning Application Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve technical and application-related issues reported by customers through remote or on-site support.
• Conduct customer site visits to provide hands-on technical assistance when required.
• Collect feedback regarding product performance and report insights to the relevant internal departments.
• Work in coordination with sales and quality assurance teams to help enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
• Eager to learn, research, and continuously develop professional skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong desire for conducting training sessions and presentations.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• No restrictions for travel; adaptable to active field work.
• Residing in Ataşehir or neighboring districts (in Istanbul).
• Experience in laboratory environments, In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), biotechnology, or healthcare technology sectors is preferred.
• Applications from fresh graduates who possess strong English skills, a keen enthusiasm for learning, and a clear career goal in the technical field are highly welcomed and will be evaluated.
