Qualification

• University degree in related fields,
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in an HR position
• Excellent English skills in written and spoken
  
• Have strong communication and persuasion skills,
  
• Developed analytical point of view, who likes to deal with details
• Loves to work in & with the team
  
• Residing or able to reside in Lüleburgaz

Job Description

•  Proactively executes the delivery of HR Processes
•  Builds a strong business relationship with operations and site management
•  Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
•  Follow and moderate HR systems within the company (performance system, internal communication, HR procedure)
•  Control and supervision of the personnel records of the employees, the realization of the employment and exit procedures in accordance with the legal regulations and procedures
