Facility and Real Estate Managerfor it's

packagingsector in İzmir
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant.
- Advanced experience in Facility Management in a production and office site , proficient knowledge of facilities services and programs
- Technical depth and breadth of industry, supplier, technology, accounting, procurement and contracting processes;
- Broad knowledge of the design needs and workplace management
- Strong project management skills
- Financial planning and budget control;
- Supplier management experience.
- Result orientation to drive improvements with focus on the company’s best interests.
- Excellent consulting and negotiation skills
- Stakeholder management and people management skills.
- Excellent command in Turkish and English both verbal and written, French is an asset.
İŞ TANIMI
- Manages and oversees the delivery of Facility Management (FM) services in line with the FREM strategy and standards securing satisfaction of business stakeholders.
- Manages and monitors operational delivery and drive continuous improvement of all FM Services across the businesses. Achieves FM performance targets through ongoing management and continuous improvement activities.
- Delivers improved cost and efficiency of FM services through demand, sourcing and service management in cooperation with Global Supplier Management.
- Acts as a liaison to external authorities and local associations to resolve issues and represents the company locally.
- Implements strategies, policies, procedures and service agreements in coordination with external suppliers and internal functions like Supplier Management, Global Information Management, Human Resources, etc.
- Manages site related risk and control framework and supports business continuity activities.
- Manages emergencies and crisis situations as they arise and handles the consequences.
- Manages utilization of space for existing and new premises.
- Provides local support for Real Estate disposals, changes and acquisitions.
- Continuously improves the work environment to meet safety, attractiveness and efficiency objectives and to comply with country and local regulations.
- Implements the global workplace strategy within the geographical scope.
- Responsible for the area and countries budgets and implements cost saving, quality improvement, and/or efficiency strategies.
