Payroll and Personnel Affairs Supervisor
About Job

We are looking for a Payroll and Personnel Affairs Supervisor to join the Human Resources Department of Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown, two leading hospitality brands operating under Regnum Hotels in Belek Tourism Center.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics, or a related field,
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, personnel affairs, and employee administration processes, preferably within the hospitality industry,
Experience in using SAP software is preferred,
Good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law No. 4857, Social Security regulations, and related employment legislation,
Experience in payroll preparation, attendance management, onboarding and offboarding processes, and personnel records administration,
Proficient in HR information systems and employee attendance tracking systems,
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel,
Strong reporting, analytical thinking, and data management skills,
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills,
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Description
Ensure payroll preparation processes are carried out accurately and in compliance with legal requirements and company procedures,
Monitor attendance records, leave management, overtime, absenteeism, and other employee-related transactions,
Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee transfer, and legally required notification processes,
Maintain personnel files and employee records in accordance with legal regulations and company standards,
Coordinate processes related to the Social Security Institution (SGK), Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR), and other relevant authorities,
Verify the accuracy of attendance data and prepare the required reports,
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, leave, and personnel administration matters,
Support the preparation of monthly, periodic, and annual Human Resources reports,
Contribute to the effective implementation and continuous improvement of Human Resources processes,
Prepare the necessary documentation and reports for internal and external audit processes.
