Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in similar/relevant positions,
• Fluent in English with advanced spoken and written ability,
• Have an experience of account/customer management,
• Strong communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Product launch, relaunch, etc. Planning and organizing all customer satisfaction activities,
• Conducting periodic customer visits,
• Preparing periodic newsletters for existing customers,
• Following up on contracts after new customer agreements,
• Preparing monthly and annual reports and carrying out suggestions and activities regarding customer usage rates of services.
