As Reset HR Consulting, in line with our growth strategies, we are looking for a"Purchasing & Logistics Manager" to be employed within our internal organization to manage the process integrations of our global leading business partners.

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities,

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, and logistics management,

• Strong background and market knowledge in the Packaging or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sectors,

• Deep expertise in raw material procurement, technical purchasing, and strategic supplier management,

• Thorough knowledge of import/export regulations, customs operations, and international logistics processes,

• Advanced skills in negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization,

• Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP, Netsis, etc.) with a strong aptitude for data analytics and reporting,

• Proven experience in team management, coordination, and leadership,

• Excellent command of written and spoken English (to be actively used for coordination with global teams).

Job Description

• Managing the end-to-end purchasing and logistics operations of our strategic packaging and FMCG projects under our company's internal organizational structure,

• Conducting tendering processes, bid analyses, and supplier negotiations in compliance with global purchasing policies,

• Ensuring maximum cost efficiency and quality sustainability in raw material and technical procurement processes,

• Regularly monitoring and optimizing stock levels, delivery lead times, and supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),

• Ensuring that import processes and customs operations are completed smoothly and in compliance with legal regulations,

• Overseeing warehouse layout, logistics, and shipment operations to guarantee an uninterrupted material flow,

• Maintaining the accuracy and up-to-date status of procurement and logistics data within the ERP system,

• Working in full coordination with internal stakeholders and global business partners' teams to report ongoing processes.
