An exceptional opportunity presents itself for an Executive Housekeeper to be part of flagship Rixos Tersane İstanbul. It is a newly constructed hotel that will be representative of refine hospitality. Rixos Tersane İstanbul will present 432 bedrooms.

As Executive Housekeeper, you will drive the Housekeeping department for the hotel. You will work to establish a strong pre-opening team that will help to deliver this opening as an undeniable success. 

What you will be doing:

• You will be responsible of running housekeeping department including rooms, laundry and public area operation.
• You will be responsible to prepare departmental budgets, policies and procedures, operations manuals, training plans, audits and checklists and ensure strict compliance of quality control standards in line with Rixos standards.

Your experience and skills include:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role as an Executive Housekeeper within a 5-star luxury property
• Proven record of success in several or the following areas: Floor management, Public Area management, Laundry operations management, office management, scheduling, training, budgeting, and P&L analysis
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
• Ability to work under pressure
• IT proficiency
• Excellent grooming standards
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Proficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
