For the newly established “Infinia Vacation Club” within this strong brand, we are looking for valuable team members for the position of ‘’Sales Agent (Russian) ‘’

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of face-to-face sales experience,
• Preferably experienced in real estate, timeshare, tourism, hospitality, luxury services, or membership sales,
• Ability to communicate in Russian and additionally in English,
• Strong persuasion and presentation skills,
• Successful in communication and relationship management,
• Team-oriented, energetic, and positive,
• Goal-oriented and passionate about sales,
• Well-groomed and guest-oriented,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• No travel restrictions and able to adapt to a fast-paced and flexible working environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Contact potential guests and members face-to-face and via phone,
• Conduct individual membership presentations,
• Clearly explain products, services, and advantages to customers,
• Actively achieve sales targets and acquire new customers,
• Regularly report daily sales activities to management,
• Follow up on post-sales processes (contracts, payment plans, CRM records),
• Ensure guest satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships,
• Follow current sales trends and competitor activities in the market.
