QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
You will have broad Finance knowledge and accounting experience. A Bachelor degree is required, and a professional accounting qualification or master degree in accounting/finance is preferred. You display strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at all levels and to position ideas and manage expectations of various stakeholders. You think out of the box, strategically beyond the immediate future and are well versed in relationship-building in a multi-cultural environment.
- Well developed accounting mindset with ability to communicate complex accounting topics and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, financial and reporting process skills
- Experience in accounting, audit experience is preferred
- Proven customer service orientation, technical, collaboration and influencing skills
- Idea generation and ability to see ideas through to action
- Ability to work independently and bring the agile ways of working, empowered decision making and creative mindset to life
- Must be a proactive, hands-on, independent self-starter with a strong sense of "ownership" who is effective under time constraints. Ability to multi-task particularly during peak times.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Job Description
- Ensure that Roche newly established affiliate Infogenetic is well integrated into Roche financial & accounting processes.
- Ensure identification of financial risks and make sure processes/controls are implemented to address these risks.
- Manage and/or support major accounting projects
- Scale expertise for future efforts and constantly streamlining and/or upgrading processes
Preferred Candidate
1 - 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
