As part of this strong organization, we are looking for a “Accounting Specialist” who will actively contribute to our financial reporting processes at our Head Office in Istanbul.

What You’ll Do?

• Record documents that constitute the basis of accounting records into the accounting system within the framework of company procedures and laws,
• Follow up e-invoice & e-archive & e-dispatch processes and record related invoices,
• Follow up invoice processes in accordance with the company’s internal invoice approval procedure,
• Complete and report BA-BS and current account reconciliations,
• Control and account cash receipts,
• Control and account personnel expenses,
• Prepare VAT-1, VAT-2, Stamp Duty, and Withholding tax returns.

What We Expect from You?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, etc.,
• At least 4 years of experience in the field,
• Proficient in SAP/FI module,
• Knowledgeable in uniform chart of accounts and tax practices,
• Proficient in e-ledger, e-invoice, e-archive processes,
• Preferably with good command of English,
• Preferably experienced in the real estate sector,
• Preferably a CPA trainee or has passed the exam,
• Preferably proficient in construction accounting processes,
• Experienced in VAT refund processes,
• Knowledgeable about investment incentive practices,
• Residing/willing to reside in Istanbul.
